Missing the SSD so it will not come with an OS. Also missing all of the screws on the backplate and also some screws for the HDD and SSD slot but please see the photos. Also has a lot of fading on the keys. Otherwise laptop is in good condition with the touchscreen working fine, minor scratches all around to be expected from a used laptop.
